ABOUT
The Farmers Market Reporter was born at the crossroads of an established organic entrepreneur, and an ambitious student volunteer. These two understood that farmers markets are a serious force towards a more sustainable and advanced future, in a way prioritizing health and strengthening community. Often, the most feel-good and appetizing delicacies are the small scale and hyper-local. Farmers markets are both fresh and affordable, unique in their ability to combat foods deserts and grow small-businesses. The more information that public receives on different farmers markets and vendors, the more appealing and impactful that they can be!
After several years of research, community conversations, and collaboration, the Farmers Market Reporter recently upstarted, and is ready for public use. The Farmers Market Reporter estimates over five hundred vendors and twenty five markets by the end of 2027 cycle year.
